I had a fit test tonight with Steve.. My strength is not what it was, my breathing is not as strong when under stress. Steve says we will just have to start at the beginning again. See the chiropractor Saturday, and if there is no dramatic recovery soon with my lungs then I will see the doctor next week.

So, I haven't been to the gym in about six weeks. Holiday and stuff is the excuse, so I decided to go the chiropractor for an assessment before going there as I was a bit achy. (After my fall last year and putting my spine out in so many places, and twisting my pelvis I am not surprised). He finds out my S1 and S2 have seized right were my injury was. So, it's back to the gym and regular chiropractor visits. Man, I hate to hear the cracking when the bones snap back into place again!

I played hookey, and took the afternoon of work. Hubby came home too from his business and we have decided to take the rest of the day off in the sunshine :)
